This article from NY Mag is from last June, but I think of it still. It’s about one man’s quest to make the perfect pizza. His dedication to craftsmanship, process, and care really struck me. If only I could care for my plays the way he cares for his pies…the carefully selected ingredients, traveling the world to find the right oven, the focus and shape of each individual pie, his commitment to his passion…yum. Hits me just the right way. Worth reading.
